Grenada is a hidden beauty in the Caribbean with blue waters and white sand beaches. Most of the people don’t know about this country, but Grenada has a lot to offer to Pakistanis.
In August 2013, Grenada introduced the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program for those who are willing to invest a particular money. The Grenadian Parliament passed the Act 15 during 2013, which made it possible to offer citizenship to foreigners, if they make an investment in the country.
For those who want to get the Grenadian passport, there are two options available for you.
The investment should be at least USD 200,000 which is not refundable. Also, there are some extra fees involved.
- First of all, there is an application fee of 1500 US dollars.
- Then, there is a Due diligence fee, which is 5000 US dollars
- Finally, you will pay 1500 US dollars for as a processing fee and that’s it.

If you don’t want to make an investment in Grenada, then you should buy a real estate in their country to show your loyalty. The worth of real state should be at least 350,000 US dollars. Apart from this purchase, you will be paying some fees as well. The fees include:
- The government will charge 50,000 US dollars.
- While submitting the application, you will pay 1500 US dollars.
- There is also a Due diligence fee, which is 5000 US dollars.
- Lastly, you will the 1500 US dollars as a processing fee.
Once you initiate the process, it will only take three months and within next two months, you will get your Grenadian passport. There are no as such requirements to visit the country personally. The passport is valid for five years.
