The immigration and passport department has set the following criteria for NTF Investment Program:

If you want to apply for citizenship of Grenada through NTF, then you need to make a donation first. The donation is made to government controlled National Transformation Fund (NTF). This donation leads the candidate to a two step procedure.

  1. The permanent residence stage
  2. The citizenship application stage

The minimum investment amount under this fund is USD 200k. The benefits of Grenada immigration under this program include the immigration of your family members. But you have to pay additional fee for each family member.

The official entity is the National Transformation Fund and the

  • investment fee with spouse is USD 225k
  • investment fee with spouse and 2 kids USD 275k

These two stages under donation option take 12 months to complete.

The immigration department has set the following criteria for Real Estate Investment Program:

If you want to apply for citizenship through Real Estate Investment option, then you must invest in approved real estate. The minimum investment should be around USD 350k.

The approved real estate in Mount Cinnamo, Dominica, St. Kitts & Nevis, Antigua, Grenada (city) and Levera are great investment options.

The immigration office takes about 3 – 4 months to process your application.

The immigration authority asks you to enter into sales and purchase agreement. The agreement should be with an approved real estate project. According to the contract, the whole investment and the associated fee must be transferred to an Escrow account. The Escrow account should be governed and controlled by an on-island authority.

When your agent is done with this process, he then submits your application and the required documents to the government. In return of this submission, the government issues an Approval following a Certificate of Naturalization.
