On November 28th, British Columbia issued new Tech Pilot invitations for a provincial nomination to candidates in the four Express Entry and Skills Immigration categories. A provincial nomination leads to the permanent residency of Canada eventually.
In this draw, 42 invitations were issued to candidates who were registered in the Express Entry B.C. (EEBC) Skilled Worker and International Graduate categories and also candidates in the Skills Immigration Skilled Worker and International Graduate categories. In comparison to last week’s round of invitations, the SIRS score statistics remained unchanged in this draw.
The Tech Pilot is open to eligible candidates with a one-year, full-time job offer in one of the 29 in-demand occupations, specifically in the technology sector.
Express Entry candidates who receive a provincial nomination are awarded an additional 600 points toward their Express Entry ranking score.
