On September 11, 2024, the Victoria Skilled Nomination Program sent out invites to apply for permanent residency in the latest invitation round.
Eligibility Criteria for Victoria Visa Nomination?
Skilled workers who reside in Victoria or overseas are eligible to nominate themselves for one of the following visa categories through Victoria:
1. Subclass 190 Visa
The Skilled Nominated Visa is a permanent residency visa that enables you to live and work anywhere in Victoria (Subclass 190).
2. Subclass 491 Visa
A five-year temporary visa that can be extended to permanent status after three years of employment and residency in a regional area of Victoria.
You must first submit or update your Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Australian Government’s SkillSelect. Then you must submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) to be invited for a Victorian skilled visa nomination.
