Today marks the inaugural Ontario-OINP draw for the month of June 2023, wherein 417 Express Entry profiles have been extended an invitation. These invitations specifically target candidates who identify as francophone and whose primary occupation aligns with one of the 98 NOC codes.
Eligibility Criteria for OINP Draw
To be eligible for today’s OINP draw, Express Entry profiles must have been created between June 5, 2022, and June 5, 2023. Additionally, candidates are required to have a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level of 7 or higher in French, as well as a CLB level of 6 or higher in English.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is considering profiles with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score ranging from 312 to 487 for its draw. This indicates that individuals within this score range have the opportunity to be selected for the OINP.
Importance of Acquiring Proficiency in French for Canadian Permanent Residency
