Online Applications are Now Accepted by the Ontario Corporate Immigration Stream

It is now possible for candidates to submit online application for the Ontario Corporate Immigration stream. This is so, as Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has started accepting these applications.

It will minimize the overall processing time for submitting the application. The OINP Corporate Stream supports and helps to build an international corporation with a view to expand a business in Ontario or purchase an already existing business.

After the successful establishment of the business, the key staff will get a chance to be eligible for submitting an application for the provincial nomination certificate. This would allow them to seek Canadian immigration.

The temporary work permit is awarded to the successful applicants and their key staff. If the temporary work permit holders follow all the terms of a Performance Agreement, the applicants as well as the key staff can apply for provincial nomination through OINP.

This nomination would serve them to apply for permanent resident through the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The extensive eligibility requirements are strictly observed for the investment, corporation, proposed business and key staff under the OINP Corporate Stream.
