We are offering 2 types of visas to Portugal

• Self-sufficient
• Entrepreneur Visa

Self Sufficient Visa

Total Fee €15000 included €500 assessment fee.

Step 1

Assessment Fee €500 (at the time of submission of Profile /Bio Data) in which €250 is refundable if not qualified

Profile

• Why want to go Portugal, (we will guide to write).
• €1000E / Month Passive income (Income from No Work). o i.e,. I am land owner and have Passive Income of €1000 /Month.

o Landlord, fixed Bank Deposit interest coming in of € 1000 /Month.

o Royalty of Book writing.

o Agricultural Land income.

o And income can be deposited in account for 12 months on monthly basis or can be deposited in one lump sum payment with Source of income/amount earned.

Step 2 

• Letter of Authority need to be signed with the Lawyer (lawyer will write it for applicant) to provide documents from Portugal to support Visa Application.
  • €1500 at the time of Letter of Authority Signed. As this will go for the Preparation of the documents i.e. Bank account, Tax registration fee, etc. (Non-Refundable).
• Visa Documents from Pakistan apart from Application Requirement (Guideline will be given)

Proof of income or Source of Income 

• Agreement of income if Rent or Agricultural income
• Evidence of income (owner of Land, Agriculture land or Any other source)
• Receipt of Payment confirming source of income.
• If landlord, then Documents of property and Lease/Rent Agreements etc.
• €8500 should be in applicant’s account before application submitted for Visa
• Highly advisable to deposit in Portugal Bank account (as applicant’s Bank Account will be open Prior to submission of Visa Application) Applicant will have online access (Online Banking). Can draw any time if visa application refused etc.
• Bank Letter
  • Maintenance Funds €8500 euro. Bank Letter of available funds (from Pakistan or can transfer to Portugal Bank)
  • If fixed deposit, then letter from Bank that interest is being paid on the deposited amount.

Step 3

• Apply for Visa to Embassy with the appropriate fee
• 4 months’ visa will be issued by Embassy which is for 2 entries.
• Client will arrive to Portugal
  • Appointment will be arranged with Home office together with Lawyer for Resident Visa application
  • Applicant will attend Home office (Visa Office) with Lawyer and get residence permit for 2 years.
  • Minimum Time to Spend 6 months (out of 12 months) in Portugal.
  • After 2 years Applicant can get visa Extension for 3 years.
  • After 5 years completion Applicant can apply for Permanent residence and then Nationality.

Entrepreneur Visa

 Total Fee €16000 included €650 Assessment fee

Assessment Fee €650 (at the time of submission of Profile /Bio Data) in which €300 is refundable if not qualified.

Same Procedure as of Person of self-sufficient means Visa.

BUT

• Applicant Must Have a viable Business Plane (Guideline can be provided).
• Statement of Purpose (Can be provided)
• Available Funds As per Business Plane + €8500 Maintenance Available Fund / Residence Expense in account either Pakistan or Portugal Bank. (Portugal Bank account can be open before arrival) We will do it for Applicant.

Example: Suppose Business ideas is for €25000 Euro Applicant should have (25000+8500+Application fee for Maintenance fund / Residence Expense).

• Company will be register on Client’s name.
• Business Bank account will be arranged
• Insurance number will be arranged.
• Tax number
• Other documents which are required to support visa application.
• Apply for Visa to Embassy with appropriate fee
• 4 months’ visa will be issued by Embassy which is for 2 entries.

 Visa And PR Process   

• Apply for Visa to Embassy with appropriate fee in Pakistan
• 4 months’ visa will be issued by Embassy which is for 2 entries.
• Client will arrive to Portugal
