These invitations were issued to candidates with a ranking of 4,300 or higher. The draw includes various programs under the Express Entry system, without specifying a particular program.

Prediction of Upcoming Express Entry Draw
The IRCC has returned to conducting invitations on a biweekly basis and has introduced category-based draws. The sequence observed in announcing draws involves commencing with draws that do not specify any particular program, followed by draws focused on specific occupations, and subsequently, draws targeting individuals with a strong affinity for the French language (Francophile draws).
Targeted draws have yet to be initiated for occupations in the 10 Trades, 10 Transport, and 3 Agriculture categories. As of now, the IRCC has only announced a targeted draw for the Trades occupation on August 3rd.
We anticipate that in the upcoming week, there is a possibility of targeted Express Entry draws being conducted for occupations in the 10 Transport sectors, as well as the 3 Agriculture and Agri-Food categories.
It is anticipated that the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff scores for Transport and/or Agriculture occupations could experience a substantial decrease if the size of the draw is significant enough to match the scale of the Trades draw.
We anticipate that the cutoff score for these targeted draws might be approximately within the range of 350 to 400, and there is a possibility that the score could even be unexpectedly lower.
