SkillSelect has observed different trends in the last program year. This year a large number of occupations reached the ceiling as compared to the last program year. This leads to the conclusion that General Skilled Migration has reached the height of competition than ever.
The new occupational ceilings will be announced this July for the program year July 2016 – June 2017. The new ceiling values will give a better idea about the new occupation trends.
For skilled Australian immigration, the applicants have to devise a new and stronger strategy.
