This second Express Entry draw of the month, took place on March 24. Through this draw, 3,749 candidates received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for submitting their applications to seek Canada‘s immigration. Each of these candidates gained 441 or more points in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).
After receiving the ITA, candidates can now file an application to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The principal applicants can also bring with them following individuals to settle in Canada.
- Family members, including spouses
- Common-law partners
- Dependent children
Those, willing to receive an ITA through an Express Entry draw, should meet the eligibility criteria first. Each of the three immigration programs has its own eligibility criteria. Following are the three immigration programs, through which you can get permanent residence of Canada.
- Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC)
- Federal Skilled Trades Class (FTSC)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
After candidates enter the pool, they get a CRS score depending on various factors like language ability, education, work experience, civil and status information. This particular score plays the key role in determining their pool ranking. It is normal to observe that IRCC issues ITAs to candidates having highest-ranking. The candidates after receiving an ITA may apply for Canadian immigration.
