March 8, 2024BY Sheraz

Canada’s immigration landscape is continually evolving, offering pathways for individuals seeking new opportunities and a brighter future. On March 7, 2024, a total of 2,104 individuals received Notification of Interest under the Express Entry system. This encouraging figure reflects the province’s commitment to attracting skilled individuals who can contribute to its economic growth and cultural diversity.

CRS Score Range

Prospective immigrants who received NOIs during this period demonstrated competitive Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores falling within the range of 352 to 421. The CRS score is an important factor in the Express Entry system, influencing an individual’s eligibility for permanent residency in Canada.

What is the Notifications of Interest (NOIs)?

Ontario Issued 2,104 NOIs Targeting Healthcare Occupations Under Express Entry

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) regularly scans the Express Entry pool managed by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to discover potential candidates eligible for Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.

If you are spotted in the pool, you’ll be notified of your selection through your Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada online account. It’s important to note that receiving this notification of interest doesn’t mean you meet the requirements for any specific stream. Upon receiving the notification, you have the opportunity to submit an online application to the OINP, but only if you qualify under the Ontario Express Entry stream corresponding to your notification of interest. Remember, the application must be submitted within 45 calendar days from the date of receiving the notification of interest.
