A new network of alternative systems has emerged in many locations. This global network may not be centralized, but rather comprise non-commercial entities and users. The strength originates from organizing press reform campaigns and democratizing information intended for greater profit to all. When this new network faces many challenges, such since the lack of ecological funding and technical means, it remains in creating a lattice of local-local links and regional networks to circumvent colonial ability dynamics.
