On 7th of November, British Columbia conducted a draw targeting applicants under the Tech Pilot program. A total number of 35 applicants have been sent an Invitation to Apply.
Under the BC Express Entry stream, the lowest score remained 79 for Skilled Workers, while it was 89 minimum for International Graduates.
The direct provincial nomination stream maintained the core of 80 for the Skilled Workers and 90 for the International Graduates respectively.

An additional update has been made on November 7th in the BC high demand occupational list. From now onward, candidates who have one of the occupation mentioned in the list would be awarded additional ten points.
It must be noted that these changes would not affect the already submitted or active applications. In order to receive those additional points, one need to resubmit their application after withdrawing the previous one.

On 31st October, 469 candidates were invited by British Columbia and the breakdown of the candidates under various categories is as follow:
Keeping in consideration the previous draws conducted, you need 135 score for Skilled Worker under Express Entry BC and Skills Immigration for a guaranteed invitation. For the International Graduate stream under the Express Entry BC and Skilled Immigration, 105 is the preferred minimum score for securing an ITA.
Entry Level And Semi-Skilled Category:
This stream provides an opportunity for workers in long-hauling trucking, hospitality and tourism, or food-processing occupation to gain PR in British Columbia. However, having a job offer is must to apply in this category. One needs to have a minimum score of 95 to obtain an invitation.
