British Columbia Issued 24 Invitations Under Tech Pilot Program on 10th October 2018

October 29, 2018BY Junaid Zaroon ( 0 ) Comment

On 10th of October, the government of British Columbia conducted a draw and invited 24 candidates under Tech Pilot program.

As per the Tech Pilot Program guidelines, candidates must have a job offer of at least one year in order to receive an invitation to apply.

The Tech Pilot program was launched in 2017 to address the employee shortage in BC’s tech sector. Since then British Columbia has gained access to international candidates to fulfill their skill shortage, particularly in the technology sector, through this program.

If the provincial nomination application is accepted, Express Entry BC candidates shall be granted 600 points in addition to their overall Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS). These additional points will ensure that you receive an Invitation to apply in the very next Express Entry Draw.

After obtaining a provincial nomination from the BC PNP, the Canadian permanent residence applications of the candidates in the Skilled Immigration (SI) categories are processed directly by (IRCC).

How to Apply Under Tech Pilot Progam?
